Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer to process, and the estimated processing time will be communicated to you via email.
Shipping Time: Our shipping time varies based on the destination. Standard shipping times are 7-14 business days, but international orders may take longer. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, please note that the customer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution.
Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Non-custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
